Book Launch: Storia del Tartufo a Trevi

We have just published the first monograph of the Durastante Natalucci Research Project: Storia del tartufo a Trevi: dal Quattrocento a San Pietro a Pettine. The book explores the history of truffle hunting and merchandise in the town between the 1400s and recent times. In the marvelous context of Villa Fabri in Trevi, the research has been presented by the author, Stefano Bordoni, and the funder, Carlo Caporicci, owner of the San Pietro a Pettine estate: one of the most renown truffle producers in the region. The book inaugurates the collection 'Produzioni Trevane' as part of the longstanding 'Historia 2045' initiative. The collection aims to focus on historic productions of the town, from agriculture to industry: something that Durastante Natalucci widely focused on in his Historia.
