Six Stories of Food Excellence from Trevi

An extensive research into six traditional produce from Trevi based on a wide analysis of archival evidence. The history behind Trevi's famous olive oil, wine, truffle, saffron, chestnuts and celery are analysed in six dedicated chapters. Developed with Associazione Pro Trevi, the research will be published as a monograph, scheduled for October 2027.
