Wine in Trevi: a Forgotten Story

We were asked to deliver a speech at the congress "Il Vinsanto, la specialita' squisita di Trevi", hosted by the Municipality of Trevi and the local SlowFood group at the San Francesco conference hall. It was the opportunity to present our project, set for late 2026: "Sei Storie di Eccellenze Trevane", which was submitted earlier this year. In the speech, we have shown the deep historic connection between Trevi and its once flourishing wine production. Our research has also brought to the public's attention the existence of wine festival that used to animate the town about a century ago: something that Trevi may want to bring back to life in the near future.
